TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

First two round in HR round and 3rd round is Versant which was well explained by team leader. Then last round will be typing test. In this overall interview process HR are very cooperative and helpful.

Phone interview first, then it was a group session which involved being told what the company does and a short assessment but in mine we were left to complete this without anyone present, also had to complete a few more forms etc. and then individual phone call scenario. A phone call after about 1.5 hr later and was offered the job.
