TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

Processo bem longo, existem horários a serem seguidos, que te informam assim que você chega. Te levam a uma sala onde você assiste vídeos sobre a empresa, tem uma pessoa que apresenta tudo. Após essa apresentação, você é levado para fazer uma avaliação. Depois, eles verificam sua nota, chamam quem foi selecionado. Você se apresenta a supervisora, existe uma dinâmica, e naquele mesmo processo, já te avisam se você está contratado ou não. Todo esse processo dura em média 6 horas, vá preparado.

Overall, the process was fast, smooth and structured. Standard interviews- initial and account specific interviews and online competency tests. First, I underwent the initial interview along with 3 other applicants. Questions did not deviate from the contents of our resume. I passed and moved on to the skills tests. We did online typing and basic grammar exams. Afterwards, the final interview was conducted wherein a series of questions on commitment, skills and related information was asked of us. All interviews are done in groups of 4. After a half-day of tests and interviews, I immediately received a job offer- which I accepted.
