I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP (Makati City)
Interview
The interview here is kinda long because there is alot of employees too. It takes 3 days just to sign the contract. They got initial interview, examinations , behavioural interview, job offering and final interview that you will going to be assigned. Never speak Tagalog even if you are going to be assigned on local account try your best to speak in English in the interview.
it was a very easy interview , applied in Ags 2019,for an italian account , it was a positive experience for me & one of the most good interviews that i have ever made , first i did English and typing test , then there was int. 1 to 1 , it was Quite easy and professional . talk 30 minutes.
thing that i didn't like is:- you dont take your feedback immediately , you wait for another call for that

Question 1
what are possibilities for costumer to call westorunione's customer service?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Apr 2019
Interview
I applied at Teleperformance through a job fair in Quezon City, Philippines. As I can remember, I did two interviews at that time which was the initial interview and the phone interview. I gave my contact info needed for the application to their representatives and did the initial interview right away. They asked me about my resume and whether I have any previous work experience, asked also if I have an idea about the position and company, talked about the schedule/shifts, and if I was willing to do it. Eventually passed the initial interview and waited a phone interview from their HR officer from my preferred location, which was also in Quezon City. I did the phone interview also on the job fair. While I could hear the HR officer asking me further about my resume and personal ones, the phone interview was disappointing because the line was mostly interrupted and the place was too noisy, and we could not understand each other. Did not passed the phone interview but if I may suggest to future applicants, it would be best to do the interview directly to their office to avoid such as this kind of experience.
