Interview
First would be a panel interview, then 4 sets of exam including mock call, second interview with account manager, final interview for disclosing the salary and compensation. Then went back the next morning for job offer. Providing all the rewuirements needed, then waited for 3 days before we started training.

Interview
I applied for credit management through their partner agency (Seigen Solutions) then was endorsed to the company. I highly recommend to arrive there at around noon time. I arrived early and all I did was wait. They said that some employees really go there around noon. When I entered, I was asked to fill-up an online application form on an ipad. They did not asked for resume. After, I waited to be called for initial interview. When I passed, I had an exam which includes, math, reading, logical reasoning, verbal, typing test (must be 25wpm, but they allowed me to practice first before the actual) and lastly the test where they make you listen to a call and answer the questions on the paper they gave you. After that is the final interview and job offer.

Interview
1 st round was the written grammar test which took roughly around 20 mins.
2 nd round was a group discussion with HR, where she asked couple of questions related to customer service
3 rd round was with operation head, which was again a group interview he only asked 1 question to all of us ie. tell me about your customer service experience.
