TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

I applied online and then there was an initial phone interview (you were told if you passed on the phone call itself) then a group interview where we did a group exercise and spoke a little about ourselves, and answered some questions. Rather generic.

Telephone interview, then listening test and writing test, and then final face to face interview. Heard back the same day on whether got the job or not. Very efficient process. The interview contained all basic competency questions.
