TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

Long and boring. Time will go by slow. Oral drug test if hired. I got there. Did a typing test. Had to sit and wait for about 5 hours before this process was over. Got set up with my training schedule for 2 weeks after the interview

I was interviewed over the phone for a work at home position and it was very relaxed, typical interview questions. I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. At the end of the interview the lady told me to not worry about anything and to get ready to work. I was offered a position officially the next day.
