TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

I completed a skills test during the first phase. During the second phase, they called me in for a group interview. There were three of us at the group interview; they asked us pretty simple questions regarding our background, experience and education.

The interview i had was very easy and the staffs are accommodating in assisting all the applicants. The interviewers give you enough time to think and answer specific questions. After you passed the initial interview, you head for the next step which is the online exam. this step is very easy like you only have to answer 30 questions after that you head for the behavioral exam which took for only 15 mins and after that i was asked for the last step which is the supervisor interview and when passed it,k the last step is the job offer.
