TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

There are basically three rounds. 1) hr round 2) typing test and Pearson test. 3) client rounds. It should be easy has they only ask scenario based questions. Typing test requires you to have a typing speed of 30wpm to qualify.

I like how they see potential in me. I was interviewed virtually. In despite of the bad signal and weak signal of internet connection. They still managed to call me back and continue where we left off.
