TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

This interview process was a breeze! From start to finish, it took less than a week. I applied online one evening, and by the next afternoon, I had a phone interview scheduled. The phone interview was super casual just a chat with the hiring manager about my experience and why I was interested in the role. They seemed impressed and scheduled training for the following week

I had online application, so I just had online assessment via icims. I can say it's not difficult as long as you're good or can do conversational English. The assessment's length was long. I think it took me an hour to finish it. There are times that some parts it have limited time, so you just have to read and focus to be able to answers it correctly.
