I applied online and a couple of days later I was called in for an interview. I was interviewed by the call center manager and ran through a call script. It was a standard customer service rep interview.

Interview
You have a series of test to take. First it is a typing test. You take that before being asked for an interview. Some people take the typing type right before the interview. Then you take a math test and a reading test (to hear you talk and enunciate words). Once you are finished with the tests, you will interview. They will ask a series of questions and scenarios of how you would handle certain situations, irate customers, and issues.

Interview
came in then took typing test on the computer, then wait for an 1 just for a recruiter to see you. The recruiter only asked about past jobs then did paperwork then you are scheduled for orientation.
