TP Inbound Customer Service Representative interview questions

On my online app i put that i had a small background from 2013. They called me in and had me do testing and interviews. Drove 40 min to get there and was there almost 2 hours. Towards the end, i mentioned my background and they kicked me out and told me they dont hire people with backgrounds. (Theft or violent charges, but will hire ones with drug charges! Ha!) Thanks for reading my app. NoT. What a waste of time.

Simple but thorough. Very pleasant interview with basic questions regarding position and company. Took some basic skills assessments which were easy for me. Listened to an example of a call, in which later in the face to face interview was asked how I thought the agent on the call handled the call. In my opinion I didn't think the agent on the call was very professional so that is the answer I gave the interviewer which was apparently what they were wanting to hear as opposed to saying "she sounded great!"
