Interview
I completed the application online at Teleperformance.com. I was called in for an interview, did some assessment testing (typing, grammar, and PC) I then interviewed with a recruiter. She was very polite and made me feel comfortable during the interview. She acknowledged my technical skills and then had me interview with a supervisor from the project that she thought would best fit my skillset. The supervisor who interviewed me asked me more technical questions and evaluated my logical reasoning. I was then offered the position and completed the paperwork.

Interview
The interview process took about 2 and half hours, but not because I had a long wait time. The interview was very detailed. I had to pass a typing test and paper test first. Then I went into an interview with a recruiter where I had to pass 2 more role plays. Then I went into a second interview where I got to see the call center and meet a supervisor. I had to pass two more tests during that interview. Finally I was offered a job. It was long, but it all went by really fast.
