first is the initial interview and assessment and final interview and after that is the job offer. for first interview she asked me about myself and previous work experience, what are my knowledge in customer service

The process is smooth and interactive. First you have to go to their website, fill out, then upload resume. Then proceed to the assessment. After that you have to wait for almost a week (in my case) to receive a call. Then, that will be the initial interview, then the second call is the final interview. They will call for the third time to ask for your available time for tomorrows account validation interview.
