TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I like the interview process because of the step by step and detailed process of it.. it helps me to feel comfortable of answering every questions.. and i think i answered it very well.

None. They sent me an email and gave me an offer. I was asked to submit information on their website including a copy of my educational degree and BIRTH CERTIFICATE. These people are collecting unnecessary date on their employees. The wages are pathetic. This company is owned by Google and Google is owned by Sundar Pichal, form India. This is just another way of DATA COLLECTION just like the nuisance calls from Indians.
