TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Went very smooth typing test went good. Everything was good. Overall it was smooth. I like the hours and the flexibility that is given. The pay could and should be more.

Zoom Interview where they check your confidence and ability to respond to queries -followed by an english test which checks typing speed, reading and listening and speaking. Fairly simple, there are tutorials on youtube for the english test. As long as you are confident and can pronounce clearly you will be able to clear it.
