TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Telephone interview asking general questions then a group interview which involved selling a product to the room. The people were friendly but professional. They were looking for good communication and selling skills.

Applied online, had a phone interview at first, after this I have received a language test and a roleplay test where I should answer to some emails received from customers as a customer service representative. All went fine, but when I was supposed to have the final call, the HR missed the call and never got an email with the reason why they missed it, or to reschedule it. I wouldn't recommend a company like this.
