TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Processo seletivo longo, dura o dia todo. Muitas etapas até.voce chegar até o entrevistador. Não oferecem nem café. Cheguei 8h da manhã e fui embora 18h. Fases demoradas e longas, pouco contato pessoal. O processo é desorganizado, mal sabiam para qual.vaga cada um estava se candidatando. Tive que avisar que eu estava ali para vaga de atendente bilíngue e daí sim me colocaram em outra sala para este processo

I received a call from the recruiter, she was very nice and asked me about my job experience and attitude and why I would like the position. Then I did a test which took me about 1 hour and short after I received another call to schedule the final interview. The questions were about my motivation, why I think I want to work in this field, why I would like to move to Lisbona, past experience and the brand they would assign me.
