TP Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was asked to partake in personality test,fill some company information for registration and after was group together with 10 people for interview.we were asked individually about ourselves and we spoke in turns.

The interview here is kinda long because there is alot of employees too. It takes 3 days just to sign the contract. They got initial interview, examinations , behavioural interview,job offering and final interview that you will going to be assigned. Never speak Tagalog even if you are going to be assigned on local account try your best to speak in English in the interview.
