I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
applied online, got an interview maybe a couple days later, went in and it honestly didnt matter that i had a scheduled interview because the hr office was packed and you have to wait regardless, took a computer literate test that a toddler could pass, then a typing test that they give you about 20 chances to pass literally, then given a short interview about customer service questions in which at that point you are basically already hired. was given the opportunity to work from home in which i declined and then told i could call in a week to see if a different account would open allowing me to work in the facility...had to call for about two weeks straight then i was given a start date for a new account. the job was chaotic from the start, the account i was put on closed in 3 months and certain people were laid off included me, i also had attendance issues.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Bacolod, Bacolod) in Nov 2012
Interview
the interview was great. you would feel the interview is just like a normal conversation between you and a friend. i felt comfortable during the interview. at first you'll get nervous but as the interview continues, you'd get use to it. it gotten difficult as they ask for you commitment with their company but it went totally fine.

Question 1
the hardest question for me was "how long are you going to stay in our company?"
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP in May 2010
Interview
Two thumbs up for their hiring and interview process. They have a systematic procedure, an informed group of hiring specialist who is designated with handling each step from initial interview to job offer/contract signing so job seekers don't need to sit and wait for the same person to handle all the steps. This is beneficial to job seekers in avoiding waste of precious time. TP Hiring and Interview Process literally defines the 'one day hiring process' phrase.

Question 1
how would you see yourself 5 years from now? This is a very difficult question to answer especially when you are a fresh graduate and you do not even know what is there/what to expect in call centers. i was hired at the time that call centers are yet to be acknowledged as a rewarding/profitable job.
