I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TP (Athen, , Attika) in Sep 2014
Interview
I contacted Teleperformance through an agency. I was called for an interview after 3 days. The process was divided in 3 phases for me. First a ten-page-test to examine, language, technical, analytical and professional abilities. The test itself was easy but I caught several, immense grammatical mistakes (such as he have had a phone) which was not an assuring notion. You loose confidence in cases such as these. After the test some of us were asked to take a break. I was then interviewed by a representative of my own department after which I was again asked to wait. At last I was interviewed by the superviser of my department and was told that I was hired. The process was very easy if boring. I was asked extremely easy questions and had to do a little role-playing. I just made sure to display my enthusiasm for the position and pay their company compliments through my own merits. Such as: I find your company very professional in its approach and I believe I would fit very well in such an atmosphere. For those who are slightly older of age (anyone above 30), you might get asked if you could establish communication with the majority of younger employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (North Lauderdale, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
When inquiring about a positions, you can either do a walk-in interview, or apply online and likely receive a call the next day. Personally, I'd apply online because they'll give you an option of when you would like to come in - and do pick the earliest interview time...they get swamped quickly.

Interview
My interview was for inbound calls over the Christmas period, The first time they called it was for a phone interview. I preempted it so asked them to call me back. The woman on the phone asked why I want to work there, and to detail a customer experience I thought was good or bad and asked if I knew anything about the company they'd outsource me too and if I knew anything about teleperformance itself (i'd suggest you look it up and find a way to summarise it nicely, it was also asked in the group interview).
She invited me to a group interview the next day (dress code smart casual), 4 people in the group (should've been 6), and asked if we knew anything of the two companies (she read the basic summary page of the company, so you should dig a bit for their achievements/awards). A few group exercises where we had to get to know the other and explain to the recruiter why they would be suitable for the job, so you need to big up that person. Another group exercise where we were given a random item from the site and asked to basically sell it. Asked to write out sample emails for people giving complaints and attention was paid to how you came across and how well you talked. Individual exercise where you were asked to detail a good/bad experience again (but not the same one), vocabulary and punctuation test, not sure if I can remember much else. I got an email saying I passed it and am waiting to hear more.

What do you know about Teleperformance? What clients do they have?
