TP Teleoperador interview questions

You were brought into a room and asked a series of questions. Then you asked to perform a skills test. They informed you if you have a second interview or not then, they offered you the job or they advised you you weren't a good fit.

I was recruited by someone in Ireland who arranged the job interview over Skype. This lady from Ireland also went through potential interview questions with me, so I was well prepared. They checked my language skills, the typing speed and asked how I would handle certain situations with customers. They also asked for a sample of what I would write/say. They gave me the confirmation that I was hired pretty much right away and sent me all the necessary documents.
