I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Richmond, VA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview process was very professional, quick and easy. You had the option of coming in for open interviews or scheduling one for another time. It was very clarifying in the manner of explaining what the job was, what and who the company valued and why they took it very seriously.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Augusta, GA)
Interview
Interactive, fast pace but informative. Very detailed in the expectations of the job title, scheduling and opportunities to move up within the company. There was more than one candidate being interviewed at one time which made it an interesting process and made sure the candidates were prepared for the job.

Question 1
What is the most important part of the customer and representative conversation?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Glasgow, Schottland)
Interview
They gave me a phone and let me know which campaigns were looking for people and I chose one which suited me best. Did a super quick telephone interview. The guy I got was really friendly and funny so i felt at ease. Just asking the usual interview questions you'll be asked in your main interview. They then tell you if you've passed or not then they'll organise a face to face interview and email you the details. My interview good, only 3 other people there getting interviewed. We were took in a room together and gave us a wee speech about TP. They'll ask you what you know about TP, what other campaigns they have and what channels they use to contact customers (telephony, emails & social). After that they explained more about the job role and campaign itself and perhaps ask you if you know much about that particular company. After this they gave out some paperwork: an English & grammar test, a general employee thing you fill out with your details and a sheet you work off for your role play. We were then asked to do a typing test: 50 words in a minute if I remember correctly. Then we were taken out individually to do our role play (Just remember to DPA the customer and attempt to upsell if it's possible). Then taken out again individually to do a 1:1 interview. Interview questions asked are below. Overall a very good experience. There are so many negative reviews on here about TP but all I've had is good experiences with them. The work can be tedious sometimes but it's the people who make it brilliant.
