TP Teleoperador interview questions

This was the process during Aeigis PeopleSupport days:(not sure if it's still the same) One day process, so i suggest you go there early -You'll have the initial interview first.Once you pass, they'll let you take the exam -The exam will be all about grammar, sentence construction and comprehension. After the written test, they'll let you listen to a certain scenario before the questions, so listen carefully. -The typing test comes afterwards. Don't panic, i suggest you read the sentence first before you type, instead of looking back and forth word per word.(if you're not a fast typer) -When you pass the test, they'll let you know right away and comes The background interview...basically all about yourself and character and finally the account interview -Basically, this will decide where they put you. You're already 90% safe once on this stage. if you wont pass one account interview, they'll find you another account. Im not sure though how many chances they provide. For BPOs confidence is really the key. You have to be a sensible and precise speaker.

Well I just walked in and immediately they interviewed me. And a couple of questions and I was hired. The interview was fearly easy ,they help you to get the job, they want you to be part of there team and they have great attitude.
