TP Teleoperador interview questions

I went through the entire hiring process with teleperformance in Killeen. I filled out a pile of paperwork and was told I was hired. I even got confirmation calls and emails from someone from Teleperformance to make sure I was attending training. 5 days before my class is suppose to start I get told that Humana Pharmacy cancel the class I was suppose to start and I was out of a job with no clear explanation why. The person I talked to didn't seem to know why either, which leads me to believe that this is a corporation decision that only cares about money not people. I am now a single mother with no job. YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY. I plan on taking this to the media.

I applied online and was immediately contacted by the recruiting director via email, inviting me to attend an open interview event taking place over several days. When I arrived, there was a handful of other people waiting. I signed in at the desk, and within a few minutes a group of us were taken to a separate computer area to do the skills testing (IT questions, spelling/grammar, and a typing test). They require 25 WPM minimum, which is pretty easy to do. I passed easily and returned to waiting. Before too long I was taken to an initial interview with a recruiter, where I answered some basic questions. Since I wanted to work full-time, I was asked to return for a second interview a week later. When I returned, I waited for a while, eventually spoke to a supervisor for the department in which I'd be working, and after another brief interview, was told I'd be accepted for the job. Much waiting later, those of us who were receiving offers were eventually taken to finalize everything, have our pictures taken for employee IDs and do on-site drug testing.
