Tata Consultancy Services Software Developer interview questions

I was recruited out of my college campus. There was an HR Interview, Once I cleared the HR Interview, I was hired as a trainee. The process was simple and did not take too long. The HR was nice and very professional.

I was called by one of the HR team members for a senior software engineer role, a face to face interview was scheduled at 10:00 AM at one of their campuses which is 40 KM away from where I stay, I had requested for a phone in interview since this was the first round of interview however, the team insisted on face to face. I reached there well early and on time by about 09:00 AM. - They made me wait till 02:00 PM to start the phone in interview. it was not face to face. - After the interview, there was no call from the HR to share the feedback of the interview. Time as important to me as TCS and every candidate should be treated with respect. This unprofessional process is quite unacceptable.
