Nearly 2500 people are interviewed by the TCS employees. The candidates are called based on their performance in the TCS Ninja. Three rounds are there in the interview process, TR, MR, and HR. TR and MR are based on the candidate's confidence and skills. HR is about his perspective towards the company.

its a combination of both HR and Technical Interview there were panelists 2 were technical guys and one was HR, first, they asked about myself and asked about my projects from my resume and asked whether i know coding and then he asked to write a simple code and then he asked about my technical ( Mechanical ) and i answered all of them and then he asked if iam comfortable with the working hours and is there any location constraint .
