Interview
There were three rounds in all. Technical , HR and Management Related.
In the technical round they asked about academc subjects mostly. Some industry related questions were also there but they were not hard. Mostly programming related and software development questions.
In the MR round general IQ and sharpness was tested. Some puzzles and CV related questions were there. HR stuff was pretty standard, about the company etc.

The first round comprises online written exam.General aptitude questions,no tech. Aptitude questions were real brainstorming.Initial exposure to such is advisable to crack the written test.Then follows interviews,no group discussion.In interviews they would question you from your areas of interest.So be thorough in what you put down in your resume.This is followed by a non tech round where HR tests one's presence of mind and reactions towards emergencies
