TeKnowledge Technically Support Engineer interview questions

The interview process is usually in 2-3 stages. 1st is a CBT test where you are required to answer technical questions and customer related scenarios Followed by a vocal test on english/communication Finally is a verbal meeting with a technical team basically on IT skill

The assessment was easy.. it’s a CBT which will be written in their office at Victoria Island and it’s mainly questions on Microsoft Active Directory services and other services rendered by Microsoft .
