It began with an online test. the test has aptitude questions, some technical questions, A paragraph writing. the shortlisted students were called for an interview. some 600 students appeared for the test out of which 240 were shortlisted for the interview. the interview was one to one. the question were very easy, related to programming language, operating system, etc.
