I applied through campus recruitment. The process took one day.
Interviews are based on general aptitude, then story writing to test your written skills, then technical and hr interview. The whole process was very catching and the recruiters were very cooperative, they were trying to help whenever we were stuck . But cracking aptitude is not at all easy as it has sectional cutoff. Overall if you are thoroughly prepared you are bound to be selected.

Interview
Firstly there was aptitude test which is not very tough and there was essay writing and then Technical round and HR round. All these things would happen in a single day.
Essay writing was moderate as they will give a random topic and should write a essay, which is also computer based,so u should be fast in typing.
Technical round was a bit tough, but it depends on your luck whether he asks technical questions or not.For me as i am from mechanical background, he did not ask a single technical question.If you clear this round you are 99% selected.
Hr round is for namesake,just to tell u the policies of company.

The main thing to clear the interview is aptitude. If you clear the aptitude you can easily clear the further rounds. The aptitude is mainly consists of verbal and other parts like quants and logical reasoning but the thing is we have to concentrate on each sections because of sectional cut-off. And we have to concentrate on time duration.
