Tech Mahindra interview questions

I was interviewed for Chat support agent in one of the tele-company here in Canada. They just asked me for my past job and if I have customer service experience. Then they asked me for a role play in how I handle if customer chat me about those type of questions. So far, it's easy for me if you have at least 6 months of customer service experience.

2 round interview followed by HR round, with screening and validation on my previous employment and deputations in the location and outside it. After a long process, forwarded to technical discussion with the hiring person
