I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone call followed by 1 on 1 interview - first was a detailed CV discussion talking about my experience in other organisations. This was followed by a face to face interview that lasted for about 2 hours. This then was followed by a negotiation interview with HR.

Interview
I got a call from consulting company to attend the interview.I went there and i saw so many candidates there .There was only Face to Face interview and HR Round.F2F was good ,i cleared it completely but what happened in HR round is worst experience ever.On Salary Nego, they have given me only 30% hike on my fixed pay and said 60% is yours fixed Pay and 40% variable pay.
Even i agreed on that which you know it is not as per industry standard. After Sometime HR came after some discussion with another HR (Senior HR) and they have reduced the package by 20% which is now 10% hike on my fixed Pay and said if you want to join ,please let me know.
Same thing happened to many people there who came from Big MNC ,they were telling to join the people on lower takehome what they have right now .I am requesting Tech M team not to hire people like this.
