I gave my resume and talked to a recruiter at my schools job fair who told me to apply to his team online. From there I was given an interview at their Rancho Bernardo campus. The interview was about two hours long consisting of behavioral questions, explaining what their team does, and some simple Linux questions

Interview
There was a HR call, then a hiring manager call, followed my a 5 hour in person interview process at their office. There were 4 individual interviews back to back with practice leaders.

Everyone asked why I wanted to work for Teradata. Each practice leader asked for examples of past sales cycles in their area.

Applied internally via web and through HR. Due to that no HR screening was applied and progressed directly to the interview with the hiring manager. No further interviews were planned or anticipated. However typically at Teradata on gets 3-4 interviews for mid-senior level positions - initial one with HR, then with hiring manager and his/her boss plus one or more lateral interviews.
