It was pretty easy. One of the supervisors interviewed me and prepped me for the test I had to take after the interview. He was really nice, just asked general questions. Why I wanted to work here, tell me about yourself, etc.
The test was alright, there was multiple choice and data annotating.
First had a preliminary phone interview with basic questions like what we know about the company and why we want to work there.
Then was scheduled for an in-person interview- I was there with a handful of other people and we were each interviewed individually, and then were to take a basic computer knowledge test, typing test, and labeling test.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla (San Mateo, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Phone screening which they talked about the position and asked you basic interview questions. Once you pass that they schedule an onsite interview with one of the supervisors. Onsite interview and then take technical assessment which was super easy.
