Contacted by recruiter, discussed several potential roles. Was interviewed by underpaid inexperienced children. Tesla fails to value experience in favor of cultivating acolytes. I had one phone interview with a recruiter, and then I got an onsite interview with a manager. Usually there's supposed to be a 2-part technical assessment as well, but on the day I went one of them was not working properly so I only had one assessment.
