Tesla Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me and said that there was a position that I would be a good match for. I was soon scheduled for a phone interview. I learned that the position was 1st level phone support which was not in alignment with my 5 years experience managing large commercial solar installations.
