3 rounds 1st is a behavioral phone screen to match you with specific teams The next two rounds are fairly technical. Great emphasis is laid on job related past work experience. HR is very friendly, interviewers try to make you feel very comfortable.

Had 2 telephone interview. Was invited for an open house in Melbourne. Well it was actually a booze party for the recruitment team. So please don't get fooled. The actual candidates were already selected. Cause they were wearing a green badge given by tesla. The interview process is a joke. Very poor leadership n immature recruitment team.
