Tell me about the best project you worked on.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Home Depot in Aug 2024
Interview
I removed myself from the interview process and focused on other opportunities when I was informed on the details of this job and the interview process which consisted of multiple rounds of interviews and a case study interview. All of this was simply not worth it to me with what was being offered. The pay was wayyyy below market. The job description said hybrid, but that actually meant Mon-Thurs in office and Friday at home. There were simply better opportunities I was pursuing that met/exceeded my salary requirements, and 100% remote or hybrid with a very minimum amount of days in office. Oh, and the interview process was one maybe two rounds, quick, and simple. In my experience as a recruiter and jobseeker, it's the jobs that do the most during the interview process that either have the least to offer and/or a toxic culture. HARD PASS!
I applied online. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Vancouver, WA) in Feb 2020
Interview
It was very professional comfortable informative. From the recruiter to the hiring managers HR everybody was very friendly and courteous answered all the questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience, and I hope it goes that way with everybody that applies for a job with the Home Depot and any of its entities.
