The Home Depot Customer Service Associate interview questions

Standard interview... Tell me about yourself, what is your experience, why do you want to work here? How does your experience relate to what you would be doing at the home depot.

I was given an overview of the job position and its expectations, then asked a series of about 10 questions. After the interview, I was told that some of my answers were vague. Be specific about how you would handle difficult situations - this will help you stand out from other applicants. (Additionally, it is advantageous to be friendly, make eye contact, and dress semi-professionally.)
