Was taken to a lunch room to wait- then 2 gentlemen invited me into a small office- crowded with three of us in there. They asked questions on how you would handle customer Scenarios - what you would do if you did not have a good answer to their questions- making sure that you asked for the sale and then asking if there was anything else you could help them find. what to do with a mad customer- when to get a manager involved

Interview
I was first interviewed via the call center in order to determine my qualifications. Very detail orientated, and professional. (Was interviewed by previous store manager). Basic overview of various departments. The orientation process was not detailed enough, however, all training was on-line tutorials.

Interview
There two different interviews, the first one was with two different Supervisors, both made me feel comfortable, they were very professional. The second interview was with the store manager, very professional and serious but seemed very supportive.
