First there is a phone screening from there you get transferred to a live representative that ask you a few questions, then if you qualify they will set up a time and date to come in for an interview.

Interview
Asked if I could life heavy objects and learn to drive a forklift. They were very friendly and straight forward. The job is not hard to do so there was no need to make the interview harder than it needed to be. They asked if I could pass a drug screen and when the soonest I could start would be. I would recommend them as an employer.

Interview
It was okay. They were nice asked me a lot of questions about customer service. I had never held a retail position so I think that didn't work in my favor. The overall experience was okay.
