1. Applied online.
2. Phone interview. Asked about your previous work experience and your qualifications.
3. One-on-One Interview with the Supervisor. He was very proffessional and friendly at the same time. STAR questions. Such as, how did you deal with an angry customer.
4. Interview with the Store Manager. Couple questions about your work history.

I applied online, then had a phone interview by a lady, at last she gave me my in-person interview time. My in-store interviewer was a store supervisor. The interview was easy but I think I was not good at interview, first because of lacking retail experience, second cos I am not good at speaking English, most of my brain was going for translating what I was gonna say.
I have been told to have 2 government ID and 3 reference letters, as the interviewer didn't asked me for them, I think they are not gonna call me.

If a customer is mad at our service how you manage the situation?
It is a job, fill out application on line. If they need a warm body, they will call you. Once you are called you will go to the store you applied to, interview, get an offer of 8.00 an hour. Then you have tons of training.
