I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Grand Chute, WI) in Mar 2012
Interview
Thing that sticks in my mind the most is the promise that, at or toward the end of 120 days, I would be again "interviewed" to determine if "they liked me & I liked them" there would be a face-to-face discussion of my future with the company. After outlining my previous experience to the interviewers, took less than three minutes of their private talk between them to offer me the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Home Depot (Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2008
Interview
I was called into 3 different interviews in a 2 year period and hired as a temporary employee on the third. The first 2 interviews were very unprofessional, so i wasn't surprised that i wasn't hired. It wasn't until i was interviewed by the store manager (not asm) that i was hired.

Question 1
I can't recall... That was 3 years ago! I felt it hard to take my first interview seriously when the 2 guys asking the questions were laughing with each other and playing grab ass. Now one of those guys is my store manager!
