The Home Depot Kitchen Designer interview questions

The process had 2 main steps. One pre-screening call and one video interview if you pass the call. They are more concerned about your sales and customer service background and your experience with design software.

Two interviews: one with area manager, one with assistant manager . They were both professional and informative. The training program was explained, the hours, and the staff. Questions were asked about how I handle clients, my sales experience, and my knowledge of the drawing program. Both obviously had done many interviews and were comfortable and easy to talk to. Unfortunately it turned out to be only a part time position. In a part time position they do not offer health insurance. So I was unable to accept the job that was offered. I felt they both were respectful of my experience and work history . I may apply again in the future for a full time opening.
