It was a phone interview first and then scheduled for in person. The interviewer was very professional and made the whole process easy. He asked me some things to elaborate on and I did the same.

Manager introduced himself and his history with the company, and also what goes on in the warehouse, including what I would be doing and what types of boxes I would be lifting. This lasted about 5 minutes. Then he read a list of standard Home Depot questions from a packet. The interview lasted around 20 minutes in total.

Describe a time where you had to work in a team environment.
What would you do if a coworker is slacking off? And if you can't seem to motivate them to get back on track and it seems as though they have given up, then what would you do?

People say that they make you pee in a cup. They do not. They take hair samples. Be careful if you are into stuff that might be looked down upon. Staff was friendly.
