Received an email to schedule an interview. Met with the head of the department and potential supervisor. The interview lasted for 30 mins and consisted of a brief overview of the job and the expectations of the job.

Interview
This interview was very thorough and the recruiter had great communication with timely correspondence. The questioning process was interesting and unique with a keen interest regarding my values, views, and social conscience on issues like race, the LGBTQ community, and economic justice. I liked that it was formal yet relaxed and very authentic and genuine.

My view points on the transgender community regarding age of the specific person and how I felt if they wanted to have permanent surgery.
The interview focuses on technical elements and skillset one possesses , however elaborating on administrative and leadership experience helps. Building prior experience into the specific responsibilities of the role helps give a better idea of the candidate.
