Although the application process is straightforward and supported by AI, the job description did not align with the actual role. The interviewer also showed little interest in providing meaningful details beyond acknowledging that the description was inaccurate. Conducting interviews this way isn’t very practical, and the overall experience leaves a poor impression of the company’s culture.

It was horrible. They emailed me to schedule an interview and never responded. I reached back out and they scheduled a phone screen. The phone screen felt rushed. I did not have a good experience.
