I applied online. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University (Santa Cruz, CA) in Jun 2024
Interview
One round of virtual interview. Super nice and communicative recruiter. Helps to show your personality and not be too formal since you will be working with kids, so show how you will be a role model, while also providing them a safe and enjoyable summer experience.

Interview
The process was lengthy, and had included a phone screen that I completed weeks ago but still have not moved forward, writing assignments, multiple interviews, and an extensive in-person experience that could have lasted an entire day. I received an email for an interview in January, was ghosted for about a month, and then received a second email about an interview - which was actually scheduled. No mention of this ghosting was made in the interview.
