Very fast phone interview then panel interview with 3 people. Phone call went well, panel interview went ok too. Ghosted after the panel interview with no response from recruiter at all even with follow up email

Fun and Creative. Nice people. Want you to succeed. In the meantime, review the material and prepare via practice test. In the case you don't have very much prior experience, try and be personable. People skills are a premium these days consider the focus on technology. Lots of techies out there, few people who really, really, have good people skills.
