Interview
It's a panel interview. There are 4 people; hiring manager, 2 senior biostatisticians and one project coordinator. The interview is relatively easy on average and asked me about the projects that I'm working on.

Tell me about yourself. Tell me about experience using a statistical software. Did you learn the concepts of statistics? Tell me about the project that you enjoyed the most. How did you handle when you face a challenging situation in data analysis?

Asked to come for an on-site interview. Had to go through multiple one-to-one interviews with faculty and staff members on the same day, where each interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Two rounds. First round email scheduled a video interview with hire manager, passed. One week later, second video interview with 2 tech researchers. Briefly introduced the projects to me, and asked about my working experience.
